Refund policy

Not absolutely happy with your order - no problem!

If you are not completely satisfied with your Skandium purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 365 days after delivery*...!

Please note, this does not include "Made to order items" - please see below.

Your returned item must be in re-sellable condition and the original packaging undamaged.

What do I do?

To return an item, simply package it carefully (in its original packaging) - then go to our Return Portal and follow the instructions - it's easy and usually takes less than a minute.

Then what happens?

Once your returned item is received in the above-mentioned condition, we will notify you and process your refund.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the funds to enter your account.  

If there are any issues regarding the condition of your returned item, our Customer Care team will contact you.
