In 1945, on commission from Le Klint the 105 Pendant Lamp took shape, Mogens Koch simplified the myriad of cross-pleats in Kaare and Le Klint Fruit lamp to create this more stringent lampshade design. The 105 Pendant Lamp's oval shape gives the lamp a more sedate expression, closely allied to traditional Chinese paper lamps. The enclosed shape makes it suitable for hanging from a high ceiling.
